6-10 Week Program
Online one-on-one sessions

Strength/Weakness analysis

Game day goals
Post-game evaluation

Program details

Initial 45 min one-on-one session
Weekly 30 min one-on-one session
Check ins 3x per week
Access to mentor 7AM-7PM as needed
Mindset worksheets
1x individual on-court session
Journal

Each program will be individualised and tailored to the specific needs and interests of the athlete.
